When I travel, I always ensure that I am constantly trying new food and that I’m constantly learning about the local cuisine of the place that I’m in. The Top of Waikiki has been welcoming guests from all over the world since its opening, which dates back to October 1965. Since then, it has been remodelled into a three-tiered Waikiki hot spot for travellers and foodies alike, serving the best of the best Hawaiian regional steak and seafood on the island. My favourite thing about dirty ice cream is that it’s not actually dirty, it’s just freakin’ delicious! I couldn’t be more excited to be reunited with some of my favourite Filipino desserts ever and it’s all thanks to Mamasons.
